In short: we don't track you. Our apps send zero telemetry. We only store the license data you give us when you buy (email + device), so we can enforce device limits. Nothing about your files or how you use the apps ever leaves your Mac.

1. Who we are

NIRAX builds native macOS software — Nimbus and MacFileManager. You can reach us at contato@nirax.ai.

2. The apps collect nothing

Nimbus and MacFileManager contain no analytics, no crash reporter, no tracking. Nothing about your files, folders, or in-app activity is collected or transmitted. If you use the free tier or the trial, the apps make no contact with our servers at all.

3. License data (only when you activate a paid license)

When you activate a purchased license, our license server records only what is needed to validate it and enforce the per-license device limit:

your purchase email;
a device identifier (hardware UUID of the Mac);
activation timestamps and the app version;
the IP address of the request.

That is all. We never receive your files, file names, or what you do inside the app.

4. Payments

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. They handle your payment and billing information under their own privacy policy — we never see or store your card details.

5. Website

This site is static and privacy-friendly. It contains no advertising trackers. If we ever add analytics, it will be a privacy-respecting tool and disclosed here.

6. Email

If you email us, we use your address solely to reply and provide support.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, or deletion of, the license data associated with your email at any time by writing to contato@nirax.ai.

8. Changes

We'll post any updates to this policy on this page with a new date.
