In short: a 14-day money-back guarantee. If an App isn't for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you — no hard feelings.

1. 14-day guarantee

If Nimbus or MacFileManager doesn't fit your needs, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We want you to buy only software you're happy with.

2. How to request a refund

Email contato@nirax.ai with your order ID or the email used at purchase. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method.

3. After a refund

Once refunded, the associated license key is deactivated and the App returns to its free tier or trial state. The App itself keeps working where a free tier exists.
