Common questions

How do I activate my license?

Open the app → Settings → License → paste your key and your purchase email → Activate. It validates online and unlocks the paid features.

I lost my license key

Email contato@nirax.ai from (or mentioning) your purchase email and we'll resend it.

How many Macs can I use?

Up to 3 Macs per license by default. You can deactivate a Mac to free a slot.

Is it really zero telemetry?

Yes. The apps send no analytics or tracking. Free and trial users never contact our servers at all. See our Privacy Policy.

What are the system requirements?

Nimbus requires macOS 14 or later. MacFileManager runs on macOS 10.15 or later (Apple Silicon + Intel).

Free vs Pro, and trials?

Nimbus is free forever, with a 14-day Pro trial on new installs. MacFileManager offers a 30-day free trial, then a one-time license.
