In short: buy once, use on up to 3 Macs, don't share or resell your key. The software is provided "as is" — keep your own backups.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using NIRAX software (Nimbus, MacFileManager — the "Apps"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Apps.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Apps on the number of Macs your license permits (3 by default). A purchase is a one-time payment and includes updates within the same major version.

3. Trial

The Apps offer a time-limited trial with full features. When the trial ends, the App keeps working in its free tier (where applicable) or asks for a license.

4. Restrictions

Don't resell, rent, or redistribute the Apps.
Don't share, publish, or resell license keys.
Don't attempt to circumvent the licensing or activation system.

5. Destructive actions & backups

The Apps move items to the Trash and ask for confirmation before destructive actions. You remain responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The Apps are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NIRAX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Apps.

8. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where NIRAX is established.
